Hello, I’m the owner of Fuurinsou.

It’s been over thirty years since I started walking this path.
Even now, I find myself wondering, “What does truly delicious sushi mean?” as I hold my knife each day.

The restaurant isn’t big or flashy, but I take care with every step — from selecting the fish to the preparation of the rice.

In addition to sushi, I also serve grilled dishes, simmered dishes, and tempura, using the best seasonal ingredients available that day.

My aim is to create a warm and welcoming space where anyone can come in and relax.

And when someone says, “That was delicious, I’ll be back” — that simple line brings me real joy.
